Why, after plastering the walls along the lighthouses, everything turned out perfectly, but on one wall
After the new house was erected under the roof, windows were installed, interior decoration began. The first stage is, of course, the plastering of the walls.
The outer walls are made of aerated concrete, and the inner partitions are made of brick. Therefore, in order to save money, they plastered it with homemade mortar. They cooked it in a concrete mixer, strictly observing the proportions. Sand and cement were taken in a ratio of 1: 4, and water was gradually poured in so that there were no lumps. At the end, 0.4 liters of liquid soap was added
They took well-sifted sand, which was dried during the summer. Cement of the M150 brand. Regular liquid soap, laundry.
In order for the walls to be perfectly even, beacons were set up, which were fixed on the mortar and leveled using a laser level. Metal beacons were bought. The outer corners of the walls were decorated with corners. To dry out the beacons, we took a break for several days.
Frames were made of boards around the window openings. During the work, they were covered with foil so as not to spoil the new windows.
When the preparatory work was over, the application of the mortar began. The process is difficult and time consuming. And very responsible. Used large plastering rules
When finished with the plastering work and the walls were dry, they proceeded to putty. Used ready-made mixtures coarse and fine. It is much more convenient than mixing it yourself. Mixing was carried out with a mixer, adding water according to the instructions on the bags.
After the walls were plastered, they became even, with right angles. But for some reason, small cracks appeared on one of the walls. Then we remembered that there was not enough bag for it, and we bought in addition, it would seem, the same, but the quality turned out to be much worse. And this wall is cracked. That is, not every store sells quality goods, there are fakes. Therefore, it is better to take from trusted suppliers.
Of course, not everyone recognizes plaster over lighthouses. But, in our opinion, this is the best way to make yourself perfect walls, albeit time consuming. The photo shows that the corners are even, and the walls are smooth. Then, when gluing wallpaper, we repeatedly remembered the walls in the apartment, where they were plastered with waves and were uneven. Thus, we can advise everyone to plaster the walls along the lighthouses, getting a good result.
