Top 5 Best perennials "for the lazy" with Beautiful flowering
It is not always possible to pay a lot of attention to the garden, but everyone wants to have a beautiful flower garden. You say, it doesn't work like that? I have assembled a collection of the most unpretentious and practically maintenance-free plants that delight me with bright flowering all summer.
Bloodroot
A small shrub, a distant relative of the rose, which is striking in its vitality. Plants are not afraid of frost, wind and drought; they grow in the sun and shade. From early summer to late autumn, small numerous flowers are continuously formed on the shoots.
The natural colors of the Potentilla buds are white and yellow, but breeders have bred varieties with raspberry, scarlet, cream and orange flowers. I like these varieties:
· Yellow - Goldstar, Elizabeth, YellowQuinn;
· Pink Pink Paradise, reminiscent of miniature roses;
Orange Hoplis Orange
· White large-flowered - White Lady.
Caring for the paw is to remove faded buds and prune twice a year.
Spirea
Another flowering shrub that requires minimal maintenance. It blooms in spring or summer, depending on the variety. Small inflorescences of white, scarlet, lilac, yellow shades densely cover the shoots, which makes the bush looks very decorative.
Grow in my garden:
· Spirea Wangutta with white flowers;
· Willow (pink), blooms in summer;
· Japanese, forming buds in the second half of summer.
Care consists in rare watering and pruning.
Pyrethrum
Or Persian chamomile. Forms a half-meter herbaceous bush of straight shoots. Flowers - white, yellow, crimson or lilac daisies, open from July to autumn.
I did not notice any diseases and pests on the plant. I water it occasionally, cut off the dried stems in the fall, that's all the care.
Periwinkle
Wonderful blue flowers of small periwinkle on short stalks are massively formed in spring. The plant is creeping, loves moisture and partial shade, so I placed it under the trees. I water it in the heat. The periwinkle hibernates under the snow perfectly.
Perennial aster (sintbrinki)
Another flower for the lazy gardener. Powerful herbaceous shoots, up to 120 cm high, are crowned with medium-sized double or simple flowers of white, raspberry, blue hue. Aster blooms from late August until frost.
Perennial aster is not afraid of frost, does not require watering, does not suffer from diseases. Easily multiplies by dividing the bush.
