I change the submersible pump every year! Why do submersible pumps burn out so quickly?

Almost every year I have to change the submersible #pump for a well. Yes, sometimes it turns out to collect one worker out of two or three that have failed. But if the coil is on fire or something is wrong with the mechanics, then don't go to the fortuneteller, you have to go for a new device.

I change the submersible pump every year! Why do submersible pumps burn out so quickly?

But, usually the pumps just burn out. Moreover, this winter I did not use them at all, although the well is deep and the water does not freeze. To be honest, I am not very competent in this matter... It seems like a pumping station is needed. Can you tell me some budget, but correct option? I'll be very thankful.

I have not used a pumping station before. We do not live in the country all year round. In winter, only my wife's sister lives there, who is simply unable to cope with technical problems. And I do not want to dangle out of the city - after all, to cut about 100 kilometers there, then back - a decent distance.

Therefore, I need something undemanding to operate, some simple device. I decided to let my wife's sister keep burning the pumps until I find a suitable solution.

We usually bought a pump "Kid" with a lower fence, but if it is lowered too low, it raises all the dregs, lime, sand and other impurities from the well. As a result, cloudy water quickly wears out the pump and leads to combustion. Okay!We decided to take a pump with an upper intake, but here the problem repeated itself - it burned out. And you can't blame the sand anymore. Moreover, we constantly monitor the level of submersion of the pump, and it does not pick up the dregs.

Thought it was the manufacturer - they changed the domestic "Malysh" to the Belarusian one, and that one could not stand even a month. We bought another Russian pump called "Trickle" - and it did not work for more than a year. Straight to attack some kind!

This year we bought a branded Hammer NAP 250 pump. While holding on. But I doubt that it will work longer and better than the "baby" with a "stream", but the popularity of the brand inspires at least some hope.

But, I am still interested in the question of pumping stations - I want to understand this in more detail, and order such a unit! But until I understand what exactly I need.

Therefore, if there are a couple of specialists among the readers, I would very much ask for practical advice and help - can you throw what link to pumping stations and connection diagrams? Or give advice on what could be the problem with the rapid failure of the pumps?

I would be very grateful if you could help me cope with this terribly annoying problem!
