Recently there was a case that I can not give an explanation, maybe you will have ideas on this matter. it all started with minor repairs.

The owner who pays

A client turned to do all sorts of little things, such work is within the power of any man, but there are people who prefer to pay so that they do not bother themselves. They, as a rule, do not even have a minimum set of tools. It was necessary to replace three old sockets, outweigh the antenna on the loggia, and repair the headset door.

Easy peasy

I examined the scope of work, wrote to the owner what to buy, when everything was purchased, then let him inform, I’ll come, I’ll do it. I come and do the work, when the turn comes to the broken door, the owner complains that the seller advised me to repair the places where the screws were ripped out. At first I didn’t even believe it, but the client retold the advice, realized that he himself would not have thought of this.

I have done this work more than once, over time, Soviet-era fittings fail, it just needs to be replaced with a new one. Which, by the way, is better and more convenient to install and configure.

After updating the hinges, the doors on the furniture begin to work like a watch, all the owners who liked the change. Even magnets are no longer needed, the hardware itself presses the canvas and blocks the attachment point of the old hinge.

And then the seller with his advice on how to close up the place after the torn off screws, in order to fix the old, worked-out loop there again. How, why, why, I don’t understand? Just sell what they ask for and that's it.
