Miraculous transformation of a pumpkin into a carrot
I never knew that pumpkin soup can be cooked at all. But our relatives, as it turned out, love it very much and constantly cook it. They told us their secret on how to give pumpkin soup a spicy flavor.
We have been experimenting for a couple of months now and can share our impressions.
History
Our carrot is long over. And on sale now all unappetizing. But a lot of pumpkins have survived. You just have to eat it.
In general, for me to grow a pumpkin is a pleasure, carrots are much more problematic. And saving a pumpkin is so much easier than it can be compared to a carrot. I put it in the house and that's it!
So pumpkin soup, which all households eat, is a godsend for us.
I said several times during tasting my daughter's soup that pumpkin tastes like carrots. They checked: who does not know about pumpkin, without a shadow of a doubt they say: carrot.
Instead of a recipe, the principle
An ordinary homemade soup without a name is brewed, any. Pumpkins, as you know, are all different, ours, if cut into strips, boils as much as carrots.
If we want to put a lot of pumpkin in cubes, then add the "secret ingredient": ginger powder. Pepper at the end of cooking. Ginger overpowers the pumpkin flavor. This is a secret from relatives. All ingenious is simple.
And if we cut it a little, into strips, then even without ginger, the "carrot" from the pumpkin is obtained.
