When I was looking for a birthday present for my niece, I wanted to give something alive, developing and interesting. But at the same time, so that it is not a burden for the parents. Of course, large animals were not even considered, there are only problems with them in a three-room apartment.

And I decided to buy her a small aquarium - beautiful, useful and not time consuming to care for. And even if something happens to the fish, you can buy them at any time so that the child does not get upset.

I went to Yandex-Market to look at the aquarium and suddenly saw a new thing for myself - an aqua farm.

This is an ecosystem, which is a small aquarium in which fish live and a tray installed on top of it, in which plants grow.

The water from the aquarium is used by the plants, and their roots filter and purify the water from the waste products of fish.

I chose from two options - the Xiaomi Aqua Farm and the Back To Origins Aqua Farm.
