Incredibly delicious sandwich: a simple recipe, a great result

The classic sandwich in our understanding consists of bread, butter, sausage and cheese. Variations with bacon, pâté and vegetable caviar are possible. But there are recipes that can turn the idea of ​​sandwiches upside down. One such we will share with you today.

Ingredients

To prepare our incredibly tasty sandwich you will need:

• bread (gray or white);
• young garlic - 4 heads;
• salt, black pepper, paprika, chicken seasoning;
• olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
• salted / smoked bacon;
• green onions and a quarter of lemon.

From the auxiliary inventory, in addition to ordinary kitchen utensils, an oven and a toaster are needed.

The nuances of the recipe:

• if you use smoked bacon, then exclude paprika from the recipe, since it does not combine with this product;
• bread can be used white or gray, but on the condition that there are no additives in the form of raisins, seeds, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, etc.

How to cook

At the heads of garlic, cut off the upper part with the stem so that the cloves are visible. Salt the slice, season with black pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning. Add a little olive oil on top.

Put the seasoned garlic in a deep baking sheet, cover with foil and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 160-170 degrees.

Squeeze the cloves from the baked heads of garlic, fold into a small bowl and mash until puree.

Cut the bread into standard pieces, dry a little in toast. Cut the bacon into small pieces, chop the onion.

You can “collect” the sandwich: spread baked garlic puree on the bread in a thin layer; put lard cut into small pieces on top; sprinkle with black pepper and onions; sprinkle with lemon juice a little.
