I chose curtains for the kitchen, but bought a whole set of textiles in one design

I wanted to update the kitchen interior, without doing repairs, of course. What can be done for this without spending tens of thousands? Of course, change the curtains, and with them all the kitchen textiles.

I went to choose the curtains where I had already bought them more than once and I am sure of the highest quality - to the Leroy Merlin home goods store.

My kitchen set is yellow, bright and rich. The dishes are made in metal - pots and a kettle. Therefore, I wanted to choose the curtains very calm, in soft and pastel colors. But I was not satisfied with light curtains, since a high-rise was built in front of our house and I want to tightly close the windows.

But the first thing I came across was a set of light organza curtains, which carried an exclusively decorative, and not a unitary function. These curtains were fashionable at the beginning of the century, now they are completely out of date. And the price for such a small size is quite high.

Examining the fabrics, I saw one that inspired me a lot. This was the best option for me. The fabric resembled matting or linen, but with a printed pattern. He looked great.

And when I went further into the department of ready-made curtains, I saw from this fabric a curtain measuring 145 by 180 centimeters, already with a curtain tape sewn on. The price of 606 rubles is quite acceptable.

And next to me on the rack I saw covers for stools made of the same fabric and was very happy, because I have two stools that did not fit the kitchen in any way. Now I will make them in the same style.

And I also came across a seat with Velcro, which is perfect as a back and pillow on a corner sofa. It was just great - buying all the things in one place, not ordering anything for sewing. Moreover, the prices are not too high for a fabric of this quality. Of course, not cheap, but I also don't like buying cheap things.
