We all love forest mushrooms very much. Their taste cannot even be compared with store-bought ones grown on mushroom farms. But forest mushrooms, unlike farm mushrooms, need to be harvested. And these are often trips over long distances and long walks in the forest. And not every year the harvest is given - that summer is hot, then autumn is dry... So, in order to sometimes delight yourself with hot or fresh mushroom soup, they can be planted in a summer cottage, in the yard or, in general, in a nearby forest - you don't have to go far. What is needed for this?

Caps of overripe tubular mushrooms are required as the main raw material. This group of mushrooms includes: porcini mushroom; boletus; birch bark; butter dish; flywheel, polish mushroom; oak tree. Additional ingredients: sugar, yeast (the cheapest), water. There are special requirements for water - it must be "alive" and clean. That is, not tap. Rain or spring water will do. In extreme cases, water can be taken from any body of water, but only it should be free of algae and other extraneous organic matter. You will also need food containers, a blender or meat grinder, a watering can.

How to create a mushroom garden in your own backyard?

First, let's decide on the time - you need to do this now, while the mushroom season is in full swing. The procedure is carried out according to the following instructions:

  • Twist overripe caps in a meat grinder or chop with a blender. Do not mix mushrooms! Brown mushrooms separately, porcini mushrooms separately and so on ...
  • Add water to the resulting mushroom "puree" at the rate of 1: 1. For 1 liter of this mixture, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast. Stir the mixture well and leave to infuse in a dark place for two weeks. During the infusion period, stir the mixture once every three to four days.
  • After two weeks, dilute 100 ml of this mixture in 10 liters of water (not tap water!) And use a watering can to spill where you want to pick mushrooms. The best locations are under trees and bushes, in the grass.

The next year the mycelium will sprout and give an excellent harvest!
