All these sounds penetrate the nervous system and beat the brain with a dull pulse. This becomes the cause of hot or cold wars between neighbors.
By cold, we mean informational, when the bulletin board at the entrance becomes the battlefield. Here, at first, the injured party, using subtle diplomacy, writes a note of protest, not devoid of mockery. The culprit of the noise, he is the aggressor, writes the "answer". But even though victory was achieved, and the aggressor laid down his arms, it did not make it any easier... We hope that this is still a joke and the case is closed.
