"Fence conflict": A neighbor, without asking, put boards on my site and does not want to clean. Well, firewood in the bath will always come in handy

Oh, these "fence conflicts". I’m not specifically about the fence, but in principle about the inappropriate behavior of some neighbors in relation to others. And sometimes it seems like a trifle, but it accumulates like a lump! The result is not a trifle, but an "avalanche" of negativity. The subscriber spoke about her conflict with a neighbor. Authorized to publish her story. Maybe, in her experience, someone will immediately begin to suppress such actions so that even more problems do not arise.

" Fence conflict": A neighbor, without asking, put boards on my site and does not want to clean. Well, firewood in the bath will always come in handy

Anna lives alone in her own house. The house is not fenced off. A man has been building a house on the neighboring plot for several years. Seemingly nice looking))

Once Anna was returning home and saw a bunch of some cobblestones on her plot near the house. I went up to a neighbor and asked what it was.

- Oh, yes, I threw out the cobblestones from the site. Let them lie with you, they don't interfere. Maybe they will come in handy.

Anna, in bewilderment, began to be indignant, trying to convey that she did not need these stones at all.

- Well, let them lie down. I'll take it out later.

"OK. Let them lie down. The truth is they do not interfere " - thought Anna. And for a while I tried to forget about them.

But a week later I saw several concrete blocks in front of my site. They completely blocked the entrance to the septic tank. Again the tricks of the neighbor. He tried to convince him that he had placed the blocks on purpose so that Anna could reinforce the electric pole with them. Like you need to rejoice, took care! As a result, we discussed this issue. We decided that the blocks were not needed, that the sewers would not be able to drive up when it was required, that the blocks had to be removed. Well, OK. It seems to have understood.

Only a few days later, instead of taking out the cobblestones and removing the concrete blocks, the neighbor neatly laid the boards on Anna's site. The girl went to "showdown". And instead of apologizing, again ask for permission to leave the boards for a while, explain why on your site these boards cannot be folded (the area allows), the neighbor began to say that the boards had been with him for a long time, but it is more convenient for him to place them on her plot. He specially cleaned and mowed the grass, prepared a platform for the boards. Anna has enough space, these boards will not interfere with her.

Anna's patience ran out. She gave her neighbor two days to clean the boards. After two days, nothing has changed. Anna called a friend with a chainsaw. And he began very loudly and theatrically to saw the boards for firewood. An angry neighbor ran out and began to threaten that he would call the police now)) Anna's friend reminded her neighbor that the boards were not signed and were on her site. Therefore, she will definitely not have problems with the law and the authorities. But he may not have boards left and problems may arise if he does not remove "his wealth" from someone else's land.

As a result, an hour later a car drove up. The guys removed the boards and took away concrete blocks and cobblestones from the site.

What is this all for? Sometimes it's worth putting people in their place right away. And don't let them use your property of your own free will. Especially if you notice that people are getting impudent!
