These items were once a dream, a dream come true, but this only added to the problems.

And since we are analysts, we have compiled a rating of things that were bought, but not used for their intended purpose. Oddly enough, out of 10 respondents, almost everyone has these items in their home, and if not personally, then close friends or relatives have them. Therefore, we evaluate 5 items that were wasted money.

5th place is occupied by a bread maker

At work, we discussed with colleagues what the most unnecessary and expensive things we have in our homes: our top 5 items

By the way, opinions were very different with this device. It turns out that four out of ten simply cannot imagine their life without a bread machine. But for six of them, after the excitement about fresh baked goods passed during the first week from the purchase, it peacefully takes a place in the pantry. They believe that the money is wasted because the bread is expensive. It is not stored for a long time, it also does not work to diversify it. Therefore, it is easier to buy a roll of any kind in a store, moreover, hot, fresh from the oven.

4th place for unnecessary was given to a white carpet with a high fluffy pile

Only two people think that the purchased carpet adorns their home. All the others, at the recollection of this purchase, sigh sadly and scold themselves for the impulse during which it was purchased. Beauty and delight from the purchase is enough for a maximum of three days. Then the carpet begins to get dirty, hair, cat hair, not to mention dust and other debris are stuffed into it. Having dropped something small on it, you have to shake out the entire cloth, getting yourself cleaning for at least half an hour. Such a carpet cannot be entrusted to a robot vacuum cleaner, which greatly facilitated their life for all housewives. That is, the thing is suitable for lonely introverts with a mania for purity.

3rd place was given to the electric barbecue maker

An advertisement for the device says that it is very difficult to distinguish a shish kebab made in the kitchen in an electric shashlik maker from a shish kebab fried on the grill. But this is, to put it mildly, slyness. Yes, meat fried on electricity and skewered on skewers is delicious. But this is not a kebab, in any case. It is very expensive to use such a device, especially if you fry more than one batch of skewers. Then the electricity bill is found to be such that the appliance is clearly being bought at double the price.

2nd place was unanimously given to a cat scratching post with a house and stairs

Everyone who was interviewed has cats. Everyone tried to teach cats to play on such a bulky object, so long as they do not scrub the furniture. Someone began to accustom to this from infancy, someone already gave a gift to adult cats. But help from him is a minimum. They sleep in the house very rarely, on especially solemn occasions. In order to pick up the claws, one rack is enough and piling several floors on top of each other is absolutely useless. A few cool photos - that's all the benefit of such beauty. Maybe in a 20-room mansion, feline joy is appropriate. But not in an apartment or small house!

The treadmill is the most unnecessary item in the house - the first place

How you want to be slim and healthy! It seems that one thing is missing to start running in the morning - good weather. Either heat or rain. And from such laziness, a treadmill is bought. The first three days - we run, the results grow. Then suddenly the first force majeure arises, then the second, then you hit the treadmill with your foot and that's it - then it becomes unnecessary, annoying. At first she still stands, with a silent reproach reminding her of a healthy lifestyle, and then disappears from my eyes. Lucky ones sell it, unlucky ones clutter up the balcony or pantry.

Here is a rating of unnecessary things and a waste of money.
