I was able to get rid of painful cramps in my legs in just 2 weeks: just eating delicious foods
Over the past year, I have been constantly tormented by very painful cramps. It was worth turning a little, or sitting still for a long time, as my legs were cramping. The pain was such that I wanted to scream. It often happened that at night I got out of bed with difficulty and, grinding my teeth, tried to put the muscles in place. Family members woke up, did a massage, applied hot things to their feet, and then let go. So the problem concerned everyone, the family suffered from it.
These symptoms then became less pronounced, for example, in the summer. Then, suddenly, they reappeared, making life extremely uncomfortable and even dangerous. Once my chest cracked so that I could not breathe.
Another time, I knocked my leg together in a car, on a high-speed highway, I could not do something while sitting. I had to get up. I had to move out at the very first corner, from which there was no exit back to the highway. Spun on terrible roads, smeared the whole car, like a tank on a training ground. Therefore, I decided to go to the city to be examined. After all, medicine in the districts does not give a chance of survival at all.
It turned out that I have a magnesium deficiency in my body. It was this element, of which the human body contains less than a tablespoon, that tormented me with its lack.
The doctor prescribed Vitamin B6 with magnesium. The drug, of course, is very expensive, despite the fact that you need to drink at least 6 tablets a day.
In addition, of course, you need foods rich in magnesium. After all, it enters the body only from the outside. This is, first of all, cocoa - the record holder among other products. You also need nuts, dates, raisins, dried apricots, seaweed and sesame seeds.
But buying good cocoa is a problem these days. Nevertheless, my search was crowned with success, they brought me cocoa, which, in fact, smelled and tasted the same as in childhood.
I took up the treatment very seriously. Twice a day I drank cocoa, ate seaweed, which, in principle, I love in salads. I also replaced sweets with nuts, raisins and dried apricots. And I can't live without sweets, because the brain, busy with mental labor, requires glucose. And, of course, I bought the drug Magne B6.
Of course, it was hard to believe in a positive result. Too simple, everything works out. Eat delicious foods, drink two tablets three times a day and such a terrible pain will pass by? All this is somehow fabulous.
And my fears were justified - the first two weeks there was no effect. But I understood that the element must accumulate in the blood, muscles, tissues. Therefore, she patiently followed all the instructions. And then, one day, in the third week, I suddenly realized that for several days I had not had seizures. I calmly lie down and get up, sit at the computer and at the same time there is no pain after I get up!
Of course, I continued my treatment. I understand that I don’t mind any money. And the mood, too, has become better, because the lack of magnesium also causes depression and stress.
I do not advertise anything, I just want to share with those who suffer from the same ailments. It turns out that this problem can be solved. Of course it's expensive. But the freedom of movement is worth it!
