SNT will practically disappear in 10-15 years. Only a few will remain. 4 reasons that explain this
Yesterday we started talking with a friend about construction, land plots and quietly switched to SNT. My friend said that SNT is our future. He believes that in 10-15 years everyone will move from high-rise buildings closer to the ground. I absolutely disagree with him. On the contrary, I am sure that in 10-15 years SNT will completely disappear from the face of the earth.
In order not to be unfounded, I will substantiate my opinion. And it would be interesting to hear yours.
Perhaps my opinion is subjective. But here are a few reasons that indicate that SNT will gradually disappear.
1. SNT are populated mainly by older families. Young people also buy summer cottages, but use them for recreation, barbecue, get-togethers with friends. They do not consider SNT as a permanent place of residence.
Naturally, we are not talking about all the people inhabiting the dachas. There is a small percentage of young people who live in dachas. But still, most of that small number of young people who want to live on land will prefer a house with land for individual housing construction, and not in SNT. Because everyone wants civilization and comfort. And SNT is not always equipped with a plumbing.
2. SNT requires some kind of community. Residents of SNT should develop the territory together, solve problems together. And in our time, every man for himself. The days of the Soviet Union, where everyone was united, are over. Now everyone is alone. And everyone wants to solve their own problems, not general ones. Therefore, there will be no one to solve common problems, which means that life in SNT will gradually come to naught.
3. Already now, new SNTs practically do not appear. Yes, the old ones are still in demand and are populated mainly by those people who were given plots at work during the Soviet era. There is no such thing in our time. And the lands that could be allocated for summer cottages are allotted for the construction of cottage settlements.
4. Part of the SNT is being liquidated already now, since they impede the expansion of urban infrastructure, stand in the way of the construction of roads and highways.
