In the bath, you need to steam, not boil! Why don't I raise the temperature in the steam room more than 50-60 degrees
"Every year on January 1, my friends and I go to the bathhouse!" I am sure that the tradition has taken root among many men and in many families. On January 1, we go to the bathhouse with the whole family. Previously, it was a friend's bathhouse or rented. But for the last couple of years we have been visiting our bathhouse in our country house! For me, this is the highest degree of pleasure. And the reason is that I do not heat the steam room above 100 degrees, as is customary for many, my bath works in a different way.
When we got a dacha, I immediately caught fire with the idea - to build an ideal Russian bath. I have studied a lot of information about what it should be, how to steam properly so that the bath is beneficial and not harmful. What is a Russian bath for?
For many it will be a surprise)) but the bath is not needed in order to drink beer with crayfish and steam until you yourself look like boiled crawfish)
The Russian bath is a uniform and gradual heating of the body with the help of steam blown in by brooms.
Bathing should be comfortable, relaxing and healthy. That is why I preheat the steam room. Then I start to soar my spouse and children. The sauna has a closed heater with 100 kg of heated stones. I pour about two liters of water on them. This makes a lot of good steam right. It's almost invisible, but it feels right.
At the same time, at the bottom of the shelf, the temperature is kept within 50 degrees. Under the ceiling, it reaches 60-65. But there is no point in increasing the temperature.
It is this temperature that is beneficial:
- these are comfortable conditions in which you can stay for a long time
- in such conditions, it turns out to relax, as it should
- temperature sufficient to properly, gradually and fully warm up the body
- at this temperature, you don't want to run out of the steam room 5 minutes after entering
- this is the optimal temperature for warming up children and adults
No need to compete in fire resistance and bring yourself to burns and fainting! Try to keep the temperature in the steam room within 50-60 degrees, and you will feel the difference and understand why I advise you to steam this way!
