Weird electrical panel in my house: started with ABB, finished with IEK. I'm talking about the reasons and nuances of such a decision.
While many don't know what to doagainst the backdrop of the current instability), I decided to throw all the available financial opportunities for an electrician in my house under construction. And it seems that he did not lose (in a few days, things could be very different).
Of course, it may seem strange that my house has been under construction for four years, and I only just started talking about the electrician. Just before, for construction needs, it was enough to have a cable brought into the house, to which I connected various extension cords and carrying.
But things are moving forward...
With communications in the house, I have almost solved the issue. Water supply, ventilation, sewerage have already been established, and the necessary systems have been installed.
It remains to lay the water pipes (there are very few of them in my house), and resolve the issue with the electrician in the house. The second task is much more difficult and costly, and this is where I decided to throw all my strength.
Most of the expenses in the work of electrical installation in the house will be associated with the assembly of the electrical panel. Electricity is something I don’t want to save on in my house, so I planned to purchase all the components from a good manufacturer.
And right now, it's not worth the delay ...
When the last, well-known events began, it became clear that it was necessary to react quickly.
In addition to the fact that the dollar exchange rate is guaranteed to lead to a rise in the price of all automation for electrical panels, there is a danger that time-tested brands will simply leave the Russian market. And we don't know when to return.
Therefore, I did not wait, and made a purchase of everything necessary ...
My choice fell on ABB automation. This set cost me 32,000 rubles.
A few days later, I realized that I did not lose ...
As always, realizing that I need another 4-pole RCD, and a 3-pole machine (for connecting three phases to the stove), I decided to buy them. But I ran into a problem.
- First, prices have risen sharply (by about 30%).
- And secondly, there were simply no many positions.
And here I had to struggle with the choice between affordability and availability. Thus, in my shield, among the ABB of the "S" series, a budget machine of the "BMS" series appeared, and one representative of the Chinese RCD from IEK.
I don’t know how right it is to put on three-phase equipment, budget automation, but there was simply no other way out.
- Here I reassure myself that budget models do not mean unsuitable.
- At the same time, IEK difavtomat, I have it in the water shield on the street, and it works fine.
- The electric stove, although powerful equipment, is not used 24/7, so there should not be a heavy load on the automation.
Now we need to put it all together...
Well, since I also have no experience in this matter (as well as in the construction of the whole house), the process will be quite "interesting" 🙄😁.
Friends, I look forward to your opinion in the comments. Tips and your experience will be very useful, be sure to share.
