How to feed dill so that it grows juicy, lush and fragrant?

Before planting dill, it is necessary to prepare the soil. So, you need to add humus to it. Additionally, fertilizers should be added at the rate of 15 g. for every square metre.

Ideal preparations such as: "Mortar", "Kemir Universal" or ordinary nitrophoska.

A worthy alternative to humus is mullein. In this case, the composition should be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10, and then pour the furrows well with the resulting solution. It is also not forbidden to use a drug called Biud. Here the solution should be prepared at the rate of 1:20.

Dill can be sown several times a season. So, in order to get an early harvest of greens, it is recommended to carry out the procedure already in the first decade of April. In this case, dry seed should be used.

If the weather is still cold, then it is better to postpone sowing until the end of April or sow in a greenhouse. Further crops can be repeated every 2-3 weeks. With this scheme, it will be possible to harvest dill regularly.

The last sowing should be planned for the end of summer. In this case, planting should be carried out either in a greenhouse or under a covering material.

Experienced gardeners recommend sowing dill in a wide furrow. To do this, use a board with a width of 50 mm.

It must be pressed into the soil, after spilling it with warm water to a depth of 1-2 cm. In the resulting furrow, seeds should be sown in a zigzag fashion.

Between the furrows it is necessary to leave a distance of at least 10 cm. This is necessary for the normal nutrition and development of the plant.
After sowing, it is recommended to sprinkle the seeds with a small layer of soil or humus and water.

This should be done as carefully as possible so that the seeds are not pressed deeper into the soil or washed out by the flow of water to the surface.

After the appearance of 2-3 true leaves, it is recommended to carry out the procedure of thinning the plantings. There should be a distance of 80-100 mm between the bushes. If this is not done, then due to lack of space, the bushes will stretch upwards.

During the growth process, dill should not be fed, since the crop belongs to the category of fast-growing, and it has enough nutrients that are already contained in the soil at the time of sowing.
