Probably, there are no people who would not love sandwiches with fresh, oily herring. Many housewives to fish even have special dishes - seledochnitsy. In most cases, the herring is cut, remove the bones, beautiful cut and placed in seledochnitsu. There is another, quite a tasty dish belonging to Jewish cuisine, which calls mincemeat. But perhaps the leader among herring dishes takes cream. It can be spread on toast, make sandwiches and even stuff them pancakes. This dish like both adults and children.
To prepare better to take a frozen herring, because with this treatment killed all pests and harmful bacteria. It is best to give preference to the fish-women as well as meat from them more tender and less fatty, and it is possible to get the fish with caviar.

To prepare the cream must be taken:

150 g natural fatty curds;
25 gr. sour cream;
1 tbsp. l. finely chopped dill;
1 tbsp. l. chopped arugula or watercress;
Half a teaspoon of paprika.
