The total area of ​​62.5 m2, the flat walls of the capital was divided into two parts. The first part was a one room kitchen, bath, toilet, entrance hall, open plan with a corridor connecting the kitchen with the rest of the room. In the second part there were two adjoining rooms, lockers were located in the back room. Connected to both sides of the apartment were a doorway, passing through the main wall.

The main purpose of redevelopment apartment was eliminate or minimize the disadvantages of existing planning of apartments of 50-80 years.

 Toilet fit between the kitchen and the hall occupied part of the former bathroom and part of the corridor. In the second half of the apartment, I partially cut partition between the rooms, and made two separate entrances to each room, the door is mounted at an angle.
