The first phase of construction - the foundation. As we have said, project we have provided the foundation of bored piles. This type of foundation is virtually universal and suitable for all kinds of soil, the only difference is the length of the pile. In order to understand what must be the number of piles, you need to know three parameters:

• bearing capacity of the soil in your yard;
• estimated weight of your house with a view of the snow and the operational load;
• putative pile diameter.

But just before the start of foundation work necessary to perform the construction site layout, so to speak, to make the contours of a house under construction on nature.

Location of the house on the site is regulated in the first place, building codes and regulations. So, the main rule - to ensure the distance from the walls of the house to the fence not less than three meters. If the slope of the roof or overhang gables serve more than 0.5 m, the distance to the fence must be greater than this value.

The very location of the house is recommended in view of the compass, each wall glass area and species characteristics. So, in our house, in the living room are scheduled panoramic windows, so it would be logical to place the house so as to provide a good image species.

As piles we used PVC sewer pipe outer diameter of 160 mm and 2,000 mm in length. Thus, the depth of all the holes we made 1.7 meters.

Further, the bottom of each well is filled several shovel and thoroughly compacted crushed rock. Then, as the supporting heel poured into wells 2-3 shovels concrete pipe socket and set down.

To make pipes strictly vertical position and the provisional fixing between the ground and the pipe wall of the hole is filled also little debris. After aligning the tubes in two planes in each pile must be lowered by three reinforcement rod 10 mm in diameter.

The next step - pouring pile. We used to do this with the addition of samomesny concrete rubble. The total volume required for the concrete foundation is about 0.6 cubic meters, such amount can be easily manufactured alone as via mixer and manually.

Further work on the installation of the foundation raft foundation can be made no earlier than 3 days, when the concrete attains about 70% grade strength, said period may be delayed in case of unfavorable weather conditions.

After concrete hardening using gidrourovnya or laser leveling on all piles must be applied to the upper design marks and cut them into one level.

Grillage

Before the actual installation of the grillage we made harness pile board 45 * 145 mm, laid flat. Board fastened to the piles using concrete fasteners. Before mounting on the head part of each pile laid waterproofing folded in half to form a piece of roofing felt.

The presence of the strapping board, firstly, grillage facilitates installation, and secondly, this board is a support for the lag. Standard on the raft foundation under the brick house on a pile foundation structure of the board allowed. However, the calculation of the estimated load allowed us to reduce the number of boards to 2. For the raft foundation, we used 145 mm wide planks, whipped each other nails.
