My little suburban villa

It so happens that my country house, the size of which represent only 13h6 meters, was built on a piece of virgin land, highlighted more in the 90 years of the state. Since the funds are sorely lacking, it was decided to build a small cottage on the foundation, which was intended to shed. In addition to the garden, where every year I grow vegetables and fruit, in my area there is a small pond where carp are found.

But no matter how good the fresh air outside the city limits, yet would like to have a place to relax after work in the garden. So there was a small house, which was built from the cheapest, but sufficiently strong material with excellent thermal insulation properties - foam blocks.

Inside turned zoned small space for kitchen, living room, fireplace room, a bathroom and a pantry. In addition, it was possible to make the stairs to the second floor, which is located under the arch of the roof.

Everything for the dressing room, where the toilet, sink and shower would be, we have chosen as wall cladding tiles. This material is perfectly strengthens and decorates the walls. WC now looks like this:

As for the kitchen, work area in the room, it was decided to also oblitsevat tiles, as this the material is sufficiently resistant to various mechanical influences, and wash it easily with the help of the usual rags.

Exit from the kitchen, it was decided to leave without doors, because the adjacent room is a dining room, where I plan to receive guests. Door space decorated with stylish decor in the form of white bricks.

The house, though it is quite small, organized by the fireplace room, which is also the dining room. For decorating the fireplace was used natural and artificial stone. In the cold hearth can be used for additional heating of the house. Also in this room, it was decided to decorate the ceiling with the help of figural designs of plasterboard with built-in lights.

Floor around the perimeter of the home made warmed since the winter is cold. So far, this repair is stopped. Oia wonder about how to decorate the walls ...

In conclusion, I would like to say that even the small house can make a cozy and comfortable place, perfectly fit for a full life. It is possible to use the most available and cheap materials without busting your wallet.
