Grass.

Kitchen waste (cleaning carrots, potatoes, cabbage, egg shells, used tea leaves and the remains of brewed coffee).

Orgavit (2 cups a stolitrovuyu barrel).

Jam or syrup (500 ml).

Kefir (0.5 liters stolitrovuyu barrel).

How to cook

1. Mark barrel and fill it with different grass (nettle, dandelion, goutweed, horsetail green, Agropyron, celandine et al.) To half capacity.

2. Pour into a barrel Orgavita (granular horse manure). The fermentation process will go faster with this drug.

3. Add 500 ml of any jam (can be fermented) or molasses.

4. Pour into 0.5 L of buttermilk.

How to use
