So, the object... Works were carried out in the Istra district, in the LCD "Sampo". This village with low-rise apartment buildings, looks like this:
The village is still referred to as "Finnish quarter," probably because the general builder and like the designer was (or was) the Finnish organization.
Why do we want to talk about these works? Because the work, to be honest, it was a pleasure. The quality of training of apartments at the stage of putting under the sale - simply amazing. Frankly speaking, in our homes, we've never seen anything.
So, the first thing that was familiar - is the presence in each apartment an individual gas boiler, which provides heating and, and hot water. That is not the case, as is customary with us - centralized, and each resident can turn on / off / to adjust the heating and hot water supply completely on their own.
Second - is the quality of the rough finish. By sex has already been filled with screed, and, as expected, with mounted damper tape on the perimeter of all rooms. The joints of panels on the walls and ceilings - carefully protected grinder. You are no sags or vice versa underfilling concrete - all clear.
Apartments, in principle, are sold on the basis of an open-plan, however, typical layout foresees the construction of plasterboard partitions:
The only restriction on re-planning - is, of course, binding to the point of water supply and sewage risers. And, by and large, the situation is solvable if soundproof floors, and therefore fill up (everything is provided for this purpose).
Still, what immediately catches sight - it's large windows. Larger than the standard 1.5 times.
That is, at the initial stage, the owner gets quite a decent view room, which, in fact, can build the future home as your heart desires. The whole village is not bad - a quiet, well maintained and is just 20-25 km from Moscow. In general we liked :-)
