In this release, we will tell about the repair of a country cottage, which is made in 2018 in the Vladimir region. A few words about why and how this object was interesting. The fact that the object is a square log house with attached horizontally side branches (rooms) as well as heightened two floors, one of which is full and the second attic. Thus, the cottage is a three-storey building, which at the time of commencement of work, it is currently living. The entire catch was that the first phase of work is to complete the replacement of the floor of the first floor, with that all the partitions, load-bearing walls and other power structures were based just on this very floor.

As seen from the photo, as intermediate supports, pillars used brick or asbestos cement pipes, wherein the small penetration (about 30-40 cm) that, along with the rest, the most negative impact on the reliability of the design, namely due to seasonal movements of soil and inadequate burial towers, some of them fell on its side, and due to the influence of humidity in the underground, constructive pillars made of bricks was partially destroyed. In addition, due to lack of ventilation, the floor of the log, as well as Hem, rotten - as a result, some of the insulation just fell out of the ceiling to the ground. It is exacerbating the situation and the fact that firstly, the cottage has been living, that is, have been carried out, connected and put into operation all the engineering system and also, as noted above, transmitted to the first floor from the load bearing structures of the second and third floors.

For successful implementation, and most importantly, complete the work, before removing the flooring of the first floor, had by all Power structure upon which the load transmitted to sum temporary support and only thereafter to carry out dismantling.
