Strengthening floors in a wooden house. Part 3.

In the last article we talked about when to strengthen the floor, to do their reconstruction, that is, when the results of the survey it is clear that the rot as logs, and so hem. But there are times when the house, for example, completely new, or operation is not a long time and, in principle, all the power structures overlap alive, but due to the fact that the free passage of the lag is more than 3 meters and does not provide intermediate support - floors walk. What to do then?
In this case it is possible to do "small blood" and strengthen the floor partially dismantled constructive. We do this in the following sequence. Again: First you need to make sure and be absolutely certain that the rest of the constructive living.
The first thing we do - dismantle the finish flooring (laminate flooring, etc.) to get to the base.
The second thing - dismantle part of the base (floor boards) in the place where we plan the installation of an intermediate support.
Then, between joists, cut a hole (about 40x40 cm, so there could sneak people. And can be less if there is a little person) and take out the insulation. It looks something like this:
Go down and stretch the braid to indicate the axis along which the piles will twist, then, in fact, these same twirl piles to a depth below the freezing depth. In the case of Moscow and MO - to a depth of at least 2 m.
The next stage - again, at the bottom, mark cutting line of the piles so that it is below the lower surface of a lag of about 10 cm.
Through the air holes (after all, they have to be in the basement), we wear out the necessary channel length.
Next, in the circumcision piles collect such a structure (photo not, unfortunately, have therefore words): pile -> welded thereto headroom -> power jackscrew (see. below) -> welded to the jack channel, failed under the lower surface of the log.
Put the whole surface sill roofing material, it is desirable in the layer 2, after which, uniformly stretch all jackscrews sill to abut a lag and then observing for the floor set level, we stretch the floor for as long as is not out or bending (if not significant) or stop walking floors (Checked experimentally).
