"Summer Wizard": repair work

Below, we describe in detail what are the main types of repair work and on what sites perform our company. 1. Repair or reconstruction of floors and ceilings.

2. Roof repair.

As part of the roof repairs, we perform the following activities:

- replacement of the roof covering;
- Repair leaking roofs;
- repair / replacement / reinforcement truss system;
- sealing / relining penetrations end walls of furnaces and fireplaces;
- installation of the rain cover caps and end walls to chimneys;
- Repair / replacement of roof insulation.

Please note: we only deal with metal and soft roof. Standing seam roofing materials and natural tile, we do not.

3. Repair thermal circuit.

Facing brick walls, we have not been performed.

4. Repair of the facade.

When repairing the facade of country houses and cottages, we perform the following activities:

- repair / replacement of the siding or facade panels;

- repair / replacement casings and slopes on the windows and entrance groups;

We do not do the plinth facing artificial or natural stone with "zero", since We consider this type of finish plinth impractical on soils of the Moscow Region.

6. Internal furnish and repair of premises

7. Repair of engineering systems.

As part of the repair work, our organization does the following:

7.1. Electrics

- Repair / replace wiring and elektrotochek;

7.2. Water supply, sewerage, plumbing

As part of the repair work on the water supply and sanitation, we perform:

- repair / replacement of polypropylene pipes;
- Repair / replacement of electric boilers and water heaters (only within the framework of complex repair. Separately service is not provided);
- Repair / replacement of sanitation systems, including septic tanks;
- extension of water and wastewater systems;
- compulsory installation of pumping systems;

7.3. Heating
