Arrangement suburban area. Part 2

This is another photo review of the work carried out by our company on the arrangement of the local area and the suburban area as a whole, in the Klin district, Moscow region. Previous report here.

While this is an interim photo report for several types of work, namely:

- reconstruction of the existing blind area;
- arrangement of drainage system of the house;
- finish plinth thermopanels;
- laying the pavers in blind area, including the arrangement of the storm system.

Progress of works: The last photo report you will see a description of the process of dismantling existing blind area. Now let's continue. So, after the dismantling of the existing blind area around the house was marked and designed a trench under the new arrangement of the base of the blind area and the adjoining laying the drainage system:

In the first place it was lined with sheets ATSEID socket extension, the construction of which we have implemented in Last year. At the same time were established receiving drainage wells for drainage system, laid pipe adjoining the drainage system:

After the above works, counting was performed blind area and future constructed formwork. Then began the arrangement of crushed stone base of both the blind area, and houses adjoining the drainage system:

The next stage of work - it's just filling the blind area. The process and the result of work by filling the blind area you can see in the photo below. We would like to draw your attention that the blind area is divided into sections of 1.5 m with wooden separators. In addition, each cell is reinforced with mesh finished blind area you can also see in the photo below:

The next stage was the arrangement of the cap thermopanels finish. In short, what it is: thermopanel - a polyurethane slab with termosposobom ceramic tiles or other finishing material mounted therein. The bottom line is that in finishing fosada - cap in this case, in addition to aesthetic solutions (ceramic tiles) are simultaneously carried out, and it (the cap) insulation.

To mount the settling metal skeleton of the guide profiles, inside which are mounted thermopanels. After installation, all the seams embroidered specialized sealant. Process for finishing thermopanels mounting the cap on the photo presented below:

After the metal frame was exposed and a few thermal panels installed in parallel started laying tiles on the blind area. Previously, we described the process of laying pavers on the blind area, so we will not go into details, because tiling passes on similar technology.
