Repair (reconstruction) and the insulation of the facade holiday home. Part 1.
From this review, we begin a series of reports on the work carried out by our company in one of the holiday villages Pyatnitskoe highway in the Moscow region.
The task: As part of this work we have performed: repair (reconstruction) facade of a country house in the part of the dismantling and re-installation of siding, wall insulation Home foamed polyurethane (this work was performed allied), base trim panels basement, reconstruction of the blind area and the drainage system houses. But let's start from the beginning. Today's report is the first description of the work to repair the facade of a country house and sprayed polyurethane foam insulation.
Progress of works: So, in this case, the object of reconstruction is square log house, sheathed siding on a wooden crate. Below the photo, you can see yourself repair facility:
As part of the reconstruction of the facade of a country house, the customer was agreed upon the following scope of work:
- dismantling of the old siding with maximum preservation;
- dismantling of slopes and flows on windows and doors;
- increasing / leveling wooden battens on the intended thickness of insulation;
- re-installation of the siding;
- Installation of new slopes and flows on windows and doors;
- Installation of metal frame on a plinth;
- finish plinth plinth cover.
Accordingly, the first stage of the work began dismantling the siding, ebbs and slopes on the windows and doors. In the photo below you can see the result of dismantling:
After dismantling of the old siding it was determined that in addition to the curves of the walls of the house, wooden crate also had substantial deviation from the vertical and horizontal, so it was decided to complete its alteration to mount on suspensions. Below the photo you can see the process and the result of the installation of wooden crates for installation of siding, as well as a metal frame mounted on socket for finishing plinth panel:
Upon completion of all preparatory work for the reconstruction of crates under the siding and the installation of a metal frame on a plinth for subsequent finishing plinth panel, it is the turn insulation of walls and base of the country house sprayed polyurethane foam. After doing work on warming the walls sprayed with polyurethane foam came the turn of restoring decorative finishes base (plinth panel) and walls (re-installation of the siding), but the result and the description thereof will be given in the following review. In the meantime, we present fragments:
