Decorative fountain "magic crane". DIY making

The fountain is located far from residential areas, near the building of an organization selling plumbing equipment. Therefore, not all residents of the city know about the existence of this fountain. Some cities have similar installations. They are arranged like this:

A mock-up of a crane is fixed on the pipe and water is supplied through it, which falls like a waterfall. The pipe is closed by a bubbling stream of water and creates the effect of a hanging tap and nowhere water appearing in it.

A small similar installation can be assembled on your site. If one of the guests sees it for the first time, there will be a momentary surprise. You can also purchase a ready-made decorative fountain:

But there is nothing complicated in making here. And if you use a pump of greater power, then the size of the fountain may not be decorative. So, we get a flowerpot (or a beautiful large wooden bucket), a water pump, a faucet, a transparent plastic tube, pebbles (or large rubble) and, of course, we need a tool.

The faucet is purchased from a plumbing store. A wooden bucket or flowerpot - at a bathroom supply store or seed store. Transparent plexiglass tube - in the advertising workshop of the city or on aliexpress:

Next, we purchase a submersible water pump for decorative fountains. I looked at prices on aliexpress, they practically do not differ from offers in the same Yandex. Market:

A small fountain needs a pump with a capacity of up to 300 l / h. Many people understand aliexpress. Here is an option with a choice of pumps from one seller with different capacities from 300 l / h:

The pump is driven by a brushless economical electric motor.

We insert the tube into the pump, having previously made slots or holes at the second end. The slots should be hidden inside the tap. Water, having reached the tap, will have to come out through them and flow down the outside of the tube. To fix it on the very edge of the tube, apply hot glue or epoxy composition "cold welding" and insert it into the tap, wait for hardening.

We put the pump inside the bucket, we take out the wiring from it through the hole drilled in the bucket. We seal it with "cold welding" or hot melt glue. We put a large pebble or rubble in a bucket, pour water and turn it on.

I think that a similar, but small installation can be installed above the aquarium (whoever has it). Will complement the beauty of the home aquatic world, and for fish - additional aeration.
