Technical supervision of construction and repair. Letter to the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

1. Work on the construction, repair, reconstruction of capital construction projects that have an impact on the safety of these facilities must be carried out only by employers or organizations that have been approved SRO (part 2 tbsp. 52 Russian GDC).

2. A list of most of these works (affecting security), is defined by the Order Ministry of Regional Development number 624 of 30.12.2009. This list is constantly updated and modified by its adjustment.

3. So according to claim 2 of the Order №624, this list does not include types of works on preparation of project documentation, construction, reconstruction, overhaul for objects that do not require the issuance permission for the construction, in accordance with paragraphs 1-4.5 parts 17, Art. 51 GrK, as well as in relation to the objects of individual housing construction.

Thus, we can conclude that the implementation of building control functions (technical supervision) for the construction, repair, reconstruction, such as holiday homes, apartments, households. buildings, etc. can be FREE admission SROThat we actually and confirmed the Ministry of Construction of Russia:

The question arises - how to choose a decent professional or organization that can carry out the construction quality control function (technical supervision)? HereWe have already answered this question, but we will repeat it again: when selecting a specialist or organization must pay attention to the availability of documents, confirming the qualifications of the applicant, experience in construction (repair), the presence of membership in specific communities (associations, guilds and etc.). Blah-blah-blah about participation in exhibitions and seminars, an extensive construction experience (unsubstantiated) - this is in our opinion, is nothing but as a marketing ploy - dust in the eyes.
