Why the Japanese are so fond of the glass or how to learn to live for all to see
I have seen wonderful layout, wonderful decor, assembled piece by piece from different countries, designed home appliances control system, but Even in the most sunny days, I would like to press the switch and turn on the light to see this beauty better or just read your favorite book.
The best home decoration is light: no matter how magnificent was the design, it can easily lose its charm in a dark room.
The Japanese understood this truth long ago: in ancient times they were building palaces spacious, bright, with a minimum of furniture. Over time, technology has allowed to improve the possibility of the play of light and shadow: modern architects began building whole neighborhoods of glass!
Naturally, part of the structure is still a metal: however, it does not weigh it, and vice versa gives airiness and lightness - the beams and ceilings painted white and pulls attention to themselves.
Such streets look very instagrammno, but hardly any Europeans decided to live for all to see: no curtains, no blinds or curtains designers did not foresee.
Rooms and doors are also left out of the design project: all the space probed decor, altitude and branches - to get a kind of "ant."
Perhaps in the near future, all homes will look exactly like this: humanity will cease to focus on minor issues and think about the global. It is difficult to say how I felt being in a house.
On the one hand, the idea seems utopian glass houses - so until failure is not far from the clothes. On the other hand, is something in it: at least, a delicious soup, cooked neighbor in the kitchen after a hard day's work.
And how do you imagine the house in the near future?
