This tool I use for assembling furniture parts including used it to build and facades.

Here the frame of the facade going without panels and dowels.

The longest part of the framework chosen quarter, in short makes a small groove for insertion.

The frame is narrow, so the holes for the dowels are close. The holes were made with a homemade prisadochnika. One hole was made with reliance on the dowel, that is part rested on the edge of the restrictive dowel on the device.

The second hole was made at a distance of 15 mm from the first bar and is used as a limiter.

Paired dowel connection gives good strength.

After assembly of the frame was made edging radius cutter.

Insert is manufactured by a few millimeters longer than the opening for her. When you install it shifted into the groove on the short part, then shifted slightly back, to the front side there were no cracks.

To make it in the future does not move around the perimeter I apply several drops of glue.

The joints of the frame, before gluing on the parts specially filmed a small bevel.

In the same way - by dowels - collected and sidewalls of the table. Time has shown that this method of assembly is reliable.
