Two ways to do panels on the circular saw
IN last publications I was shown the way to mill on the circular saw. Here we'll show you how in this way to make panels for furniture fronts or doors, as well as to remind one more way of manufacturing panels on the circular saw.
The first method.
Here's a milling can be done by conveyers.
For this sample I place the reference brusokperpendikulyarno saw blade.
The disc will depend on the diameter of the resulting shape. And the edge of the bar should be placed at the center of the disk, and for this there cutout.
For the first pass is necessary to lift the saw blade to 2 mm.
Use the pusher at work.
Panels are milled around. This is what happened after the first pass.
Further, the saw blade raising another 2 mm and again frezeruem workpiece on all four sides.
This happened after two passes. For the final form may be required to make several passes.
And further.. when using a disc with a large number of teeth of the sample surface is obtained cleaner and requires less grinding.
The second method.
This production of the classic panels with straight bevel.
For the manufacture of such bevel the saw blade is set at a slight angle - usually 7 -15 degrees - depending on the size and thickness of the bevel panels.
Preparation for the panels being vertically and pressed against the rip fence.
Parallel guide should be sufficiently high that it was easier to press the workpiece.
For smaller panels can be made a reference area and a preform secured thereto via a clamp. And in this corner of the message, pressing against the rip fence.
The height and angle of inclination of the blade determine the resulting bevel. Remaining rectangular protrusion is usually done on the saw blade thickness.
In this way I was doing myself a door, milling panels made for several of his cabinet.
As you can see how it is working. You can make panels and circular saw.
Thank you for reading. I will be glad of your support in the form of a husky and a subscription to the channel. And look for other posts on the channel.
