As I did bormashinku of old tape drive. Work stanochek.
I found recently in its reserves from the engine of the Soviet reel tape recorder. The engine is asynchronous, 6 watts.
Then came the idea to try it as bormashinki grinding. For a start I had the experience - to attach to the flexible shaft of the engine and check the engine to work on polishing.
It turned out very well. Compared with conventional bormashinkoy on the commutator motor and low speed (At high speeds nazhdachku and wood easily cauterize) induction motor, even with low power behaves much better.
After tests for motor made from a plywood box.
Motor fixed on the top cover and the same did the power button.
Top adapted the flexible shaft
And you can work.
I mainly use bormashinku grinding three-dimensional puzzles, jigsaws are doing on the machine. As such, this homemade fully justified - good grinds, can work for a long time without overheating and also runs quietly.
And if you are interested to see more like this stanochek was made and compared with a conventional bormashinkoy, I suggest a video clip on the topic.
