Rubbish is an excellent building material for the construction of houses in Indian slums

I want to touch on the topic of building unusual, it is the Indian slums. Personally, I, for some reason, always worried about this issue. I always wondered how all people are able to survive in such terrible conditions, and how they manage to live in their huts.

Looking at the photos, you can see what they are made. To begin with you should pay attention to their size. Some of them are less than our kitchens, and they also live for a few people. They consist mainly of waste collected by local residents in landfills. I noticed that most of them use the slate sheets of plastic or metal. Also goes to the expense of plywood, all rags, boards, etc. I think probably they do not have all the required tools, nails and make-shifts. Hence my question - "How do they manage it all connected to each other and how it is kept?".

It may be noted that a characteristic feature of the slum is their close proximity to each other houses. Looking from a distance, it seems that this is one big complex. This way, at all, is not safe, because in case of a fire in a house fire can easily spread to others. That is why the residents of the slums often live peacefully and try to help all neighbors.
