Cool magnet area for welding in 3 minutes!

Hello to all visitors and subscribers of my channel! Today we will make a very useful home-made, which will help during welding, namely, I'll show you how to make a cheap and high quality magnetic area just a few minutes. This instrument is an indispensable tool in the manufacture of various metal structures, because your hands are free and you do not need outside help.

For the manufacture of magnetic corner, of course, we need a magnet. I will use the magnet pieces of the old dynamics, I think many of them are.

Yet we need two flat corners, four screws or bolts and nuts. The cost of these parts only 10-15 rubles, and they are convenient in that they already have holes, and we do not have to drill them by using the screws (bolts) M4. The length of the screws (bolts) depends on the thickness of the magnet.

If you use a larger diameter bolts marked holes must be drilled in the two corners. In my arsenal were suitable screws, but with a flat head, so I made one corner chamfering holes.

When all the parts are assembled and the necessary improvements are made, we proceed to the assembly of the magnetic area. Set magnets (magnet), so that they do not protrude over the corner line.

Cover the top of the second area. We align the entire structure, insert screws into the holes and tighten the screws.

That's all, the magnetic area is assembled and ready to go! Now it is possible to carry out welding work at 90 and 45 degrees without additional assistance. The more powerful the magnet, the greater the load it can withstand. My corner stood a strain almost 4 kg.
