Simple home-made with ample opportunities

Not so long ago, I made a small home-made, adapted where another motor from a washing machine.

It is a small box made of plywood which is inserted into the motor and the shaft with pulleys.

Block pulleys on the motor shaft and allows the shaft to change speed. Total 4 speed, the lowest - half of the engine speed, then 1: 1, 1: 3 and 1: 4. About speed obtained 600 1,200 \ min, then about 3000 \ min and about 5000 \ minutes.

About I call, because there is nothing to measure accurately, and pulleys still obtained with a certain error.

The engine is mounted on the outside at one point that allows you to change the speed quickly.

Now the home-made using mainly in conjunction with the flexible shaft, which took on aliekspress.

At maximum speed Borfrezy work well.

At lower speeds, useful grinding cups.

The plans to use this as a basis for home-made drum grinding stanochka perhaps a small lathe and grinding.
