The idea of ​​the puzzle I really liked and I thought, why not make such a toy on the jig machine.

After some trial and error I was able to make a plan.

In fact, I got even more than expected. This toy was surprisingly pleasant to hold in your hands, it soothes and helps to concentrate.

First, the workpiece is pasted on the template preform turns transparent tape and sawed upper contour dolphin.

Shape the part cleared from sawdust inserted back into the workpiece and tightly wrap the transparent adhesive tape. Then Scrollsaw lateral contour of the puzzle.

Also sandpaper with grain 240R makes a slight bevel on the edges of the puzzle pieces.
