How to quickly clean the pipe after the winter?

PAfter the arrival of spring every year I start to prepare the villa for active use: clean the ventilation channels, open airing of the underground and the main thing - I clean the pipe from the inside clogging.

Those who do not believe that during the winter the pipe Cox - see photo below, doubts dissipate.

So how do I clean my pipes?

Of course, you can go to the store and buy some means such as Domestos, or mole. But why were all these lessons of chemistry at school? I clean tube using two different neutralization reactions.

First reaction:
Asleep in a conventional pipeline baking soda, and then to pour ammonia - vigorous reaction starts neutralization with soap and fat deposits away from the pipe walls.

The reaction of the second:
I take the same baking soda, generously poured into the pipe. Then pour there vinegar or a strong solution of citric acid. The second mixture dissolves crumb plaque, previously detached from the pipe walls.

Important tips:
Chemistry - is the science. And dangerous. Therefore, I advise you to open the windows in the room in which to conduct cleaning of pipes, put on goggles and a respirator - so reliable.
