Soldering pipes PP homemade soldering iron. Powered by gas and fire

The need for soldering of plastic pipes does not occur very often, but when it is necessary to solder or soldering a pipe or two, you can do without an electric soldering iron, using homemade. I understand that the views on this subject will be different, but if you already have experience soldering pipes, then a homemade device to resolve the issue probably will.

For the manufacture of home-made first of all necessary to have factory soldering nozzle under the pipe of the correct size and bolt tie parts of the nozzle at the front with a hexagon socket head. These parts can be purchased separately from the soldering iron.

The nozzle secured in a curved rack and below the bend fitted a noose on the bolt so that it does not fall out accidentally when the threaded coupler suddenly weaken.

The base is made of cutting bar 50x50 mm, attached to the end of the transverse focusing of plywood. Thus gained design resistance and will not tip over when removing the heated pipes and fittings with the nozzle. Even under the bar is laid gasket if it is suddenly greatly overheated.

A burner to heat the nozzle with respect to time is almost the same as at the plate. The flame from the burner directional and requires adjustment.
