More than once, that it is necessary to cut the metal practically nothing, some sticking out from the wall erundovinu and "grinder" no. Well, actually it was not expected to use, you know! And then, like it or not, you have to either go for it or knows where to get out somehow.

Once saw a simple home-made packing and decided to do something like that was always at hand in the work bag. It takes up little space and weighs a little.

1. I found a suitable metal axle (Screw fit) with a thread, which can be inserted into the cartridge.

3. Now we have to find plateThat creates the tension plane. Instead of the plate I got a ready-made a circle of 10 mm plywoodOnly a hole in it expanded. Also I put it on the axle.

4. The most crucial moment - selection of washers. Pick up the metal did not work, so produced plastic washer under the size of the hole in the cutting disc.

The diameter of the hole in the washer must exactly meet the axis diameter.

5. On fixed wear washer cutting disc for steel.

6. Then I put on a suitable size and shape an outer clamping plate and tightly fasten it. It is most convenient for me nuts with lamb - you can always unscrew the hand without a key.

Pressure plate here, as well as some other details - unused parts of the manual cutter for holes in the tiles.

On picture 5 shows the entire set of simple parts. It is all for 3-5 minutes.

Now you should check on the viability of a new device. I took this good steel corner, 3 mm thick and tried to saw off a small piece of it. Happened!

As it was, and how long it took, it was shown in the video below. And along the way I can say this:

• the tool is not as resourceful as the "Bulgarian", so the less dangerous;
• speed and direction of rotation of the disk is regulated;
• not in any position convenient to work, but can be adapted;
• it is not necessary to take a "Bulgarian", when it is planned to saw off only some trifle.
