Aunt froze: Box of another radiator and "Tashkent"
Familiar in the past year has delivered heating system in the house frequently, but in his favorite room all winter anyway could not get warm. And here, again, winter is coming! Yesterday asked to punch another radiator. While I heated on "YOU", the radiator is still ventured to deliver. Next, a small survey based on this major event.
How it was
First, of course, I had to turn off the water supply to the system and close the two cranes on all radiators to less water had to be drained. All the water from the pipe is not discharged, first cut the pipe at the place of the upcoming soldering and poured what a couple of liters with the top tube, all soldered, then just as well on the bottom, only the water was even less.
To install an additional radiator took this:
- Solder PP Tube Heating 1/2 - 2 m.
- Crane radiator angular PP 1/2 - 2 pieces.
- Tee PP 3/4 - 1/2 - 2 pcs.
- Area 45 degrees PP 1/2 - 2 pieces.
Clamps for mounting bracket under the radiator came bundled with it: 4 plugs 8 mm and bolts.
The first step is collected all on the right side, where the crane handed over. The vertical axis is screwed into the radiator valves located 6 cm from the housing right and left radiator, so at a distance from the radiator vertically cut pipe tees for installation. Then a cut pipe of 1 cm in both directions at each tee, which required its construction.
The system of tubes soldered 3/4, and outlet at the radiator through the tee - 1/2, so the tee vertical output by 1/2.
In the next stage of assembly soldered on the left side at the bottom. The hardest thing was vtulit tees in a ready system, which had to pull the tube from all fixtures along the walls and a good dish for them to accommodate a tee and a soldering iron.
As a result, seemingly it came out fine, since picture 5. Even at the bottom right twisted complete metal plugAnd on the top left Majewski crane. American Crane is also well entrenched in the radiator, and then turned the nuts.
After half an hour cooling of the soldering 1) launched water, 2) through the bleed bleed screw on the new air from the radiator tubes and of radiator 3) released taps at all other radiators, 4) lined the system pressure to 1.5 atmosphere and gas START column! A few minutes went by heat system, including the new heat sink. So order! All are now dinner and go home. Still waiting for your wishes.
