I have a 100m2 house, frame. Insulation: 150 mm foam, two floors, all just a warm floor. 9kW electric boiler, pump and homemade comb of propene with fittings.

TA 650 liters, under the stairs. Three-way thermostatic mixer. Wi fi and a relay with a temperature sensor. The average monthly 2000-2500 kW, the night rate plus a discount for homes with electric boiler - 2.07 fare.

This is the money 4000-5000 rubles per month. Really works. Again, heating is only 7 to 23 hours from the day of TA.

Yet this year spend gas, because the difference even with the cheaper night rate at least 3 times. About 0.7 rubles per kW.

The cost of all works on the installation and 127.000 rubles. Plus a separate boiler and stove. As a result, the budget is not more 200,000 rubles. Considered rude, the return was 11 years.

The difference for the heating season at the rate of 7 months (roughly). 5000 (if the electric boiler) - 2000 (if gas), saving 3,000 per month, or 21,000 a year.

So by spending again. The average monthly heating season. February 2700 kW has run. A March for 20 days a total of 1024 kW.
