How to make a pipe out of plastic bottles. Useful on the farm

Conceived to make pipe from plastic bottles, the method seen on the internet, I decided to try it out. I got two options, and the diameter of the resulting tube.

First option

As a template used for drainage pipe 50, decided that the shrinkage of the bottle, the wall thickness are obtained, and therefore stronger.

Cut by a grinder along and spacers used wedges of trimming boards. I put on the workpiece to the template and blasted with a hairdryer, then overlapping the second workpiece.

For material removal cleaned wedges and removes the finished product, which could work as a drain. Drawback of this process was used bottles of small diameter and short length.

The second option

Used twisted sewer pipe 110, it became convenient to select the desired diameter. Only had to fix it under the cone screws, one of which was filmed for later release of the workpiece.

To move the pipe went into bottles 1.5 and 2 liters, the diameter and length become larger pipe "grown" faster. It is this method and recommend to those who want to repeat.

Pipe useful in the household for the private sector as drainage.
