Free water supply. There is no need to pay for the water that flows from such a tap
Friends, another story has come to the VK group from you.
I do not believe in freebies, I am skeptical about fraud (including against the state), but what is not prohibited is allowed. Alexander, the channel's reader, spoke about how he uses the central water supply for free (legally). Let's get to the point.
The story began with the installation of a multi-stage filter for water purification: seven flasks, an accumulator (hydraulic accumulator) and a tap - the central link in this story.
The installers arrived, installed an expensive system and connected it to the highway through a cheap Chinese adapter with a "tap". A month passed, the system had to be turned off to install a new cabinet with a sink. If the tap is closed, it won't hold. Nobody knew then that this defect would save a lot of money.
In order not to create puddles in the middle of the kitchen, they blocked the riser. We installed a new curbstone and connected a water purification system. We used it for a couple of months until we remembered that the tap under the sink was closed. We looked at him, swore once again that he didn’t hold a nifiga and left him in the same position: "We will change it for a new one on occasion." But then it turned out that changing it is not profitable.
At the next payment for utilities, they went to take readings from water meters. Just before that, the drinking water reservoir of the filtration system was emptied. Water began to accumulate, respectively, the meter should have been spinning, but it stands rooted to the spot. How so? They began to experiment.
The accumulator was completely drained again. I started typing - the counter does not turn. They took off one of the hoses - water flows from it, and the numbers on the counter seemed to freeze. You open any other faucet - the counter shakes as expected. Here's a freebie came with a new filter.
A couple of comments from me personally - exposing magic.
The leaking tap provided an extremely small water flow. Moreover, each meter has its own measurement error limit - there is a minimum water consumption threshold. Until it is exceeded, the counter does not spin. Alexander had just such a situation.
From physics, we remember the main property of hydrostatic pressure: at any point in the liquid, the pressure is the same in all directions. What does it give us? This explains why the water filter continued to work normally. Even with a minimal flow of water, the accumulator is filled to its limit. But this takes more time.
It turns out that any hydraulic accumulator and properly adjusted tap (valve) becomes a source of "free" water. What do you think, can such an approach to economy be called theft from the state? Are there any norms in the law that suppress such water consumption?
