How to exclude tracking by smartphone

So, according to the expert, in order to completely exclude the very possibility of tracking, it will not be enough just to turn off the Internet and geolocation.
In this mode, the smartphone still transmits data packets to base stations (from where this data then goes to cellular operators and device manufacturers).
Even turning on the flight mode will not help to prevent data transmission.
The only effective way is to disconnect the smartphone from the battery. But the trouble is, most modern smartphones have been produced for quite a long time with non-removable rechargeable batteries, and finding a modern smart phone with a separate battery is the same a task.
Also, according to a specialist in China, a special case has already been invented, which supposedly blocks the transmission of all data, but how effective it is while the question is open.
Well, to keep tracking your phone to an absolute minimum, you should adhere to the following rules:
- Use your smartphone only at home.
- For travel, use a simple push-button telephone and, if necessary, simply turn it off and at the same time be sure to pull out the battery.
Personally, I believe that there is nothing reprehensible in tracking a smartphone and I am calm about sometimes an obsessive request to rate this or that place that I visited during the day with a phone in pocket.
