Everyone who lives in a multi-storey building had the thought of moving to a private house and better outside the city. Being closer to nature, breathing clean air and not hearing your neighbors around you behind the wall - that's happiness. But is it really so? Let's take a look at all the pros and cons of suburban life.

Clean air is an indisputable plus. My parents live in the village, and when we come to them from the city, we feel the difference. It is easier to breathe and breathe deeply, freely and easily. As soon as we return to the city, it becomes more difficult to breathe. There are a lot of cars, crowds of people. I used to like it, but with age, I want peace, tranquility, closeness to nature.

Your own yard is the second huge plus. It is good to have your site, fenced off from neighboring views. You can install a swimming pool, make a gazebo, cook food outdoors. Your vegetables and fruits. You can plant apple trees, cherries, strawberries, carrots, etc. But this is not for an amateur and for those who have time.

There are no noisy neighbors and no one will flood you or anyone else. You can turn on loud music or drill from morning to evening, making repairs (no one will say that the noise interferes).

A private house can be completed, changed at your own discretion. And no permits or certificates are needed.

Breakfasts in the gazebo, on the terrace. This applies specifically to life outside the city. You wake up in the morning on a warm sunny morning, make coffee or tea and go to breakfast in the open, clean air. I remember how in childhood we ate poorly as children at home. Then my mother found a way out (we lived in a private house). She made a fire on the street, baked sausages, potatoes, bread, bacon, and this was the only way we ate every last crumb. A healthy appetite awakens in the open air.

Even outside the city it is nice to hear birdsong. You can hear the nightingales sing, the cuckoo "measures" life and other birds sing. You can walk (field, river, forest), ride bicycles.

Private parking. You can get up near the yard or drive into the garage, outside the gate. No one will take a place like near high-rise buildings.

In winter, in cold weather, it is good to start the car, go into the house, wait in the warmth, when it warms up and go about your business.

Minuses

There are no schools, shops, pharmacies, etc. There may be small shops outside the city, but some products cannot be bought there. Therefore, you cannot do without a car.

The roads leave much to be desired outside the city. Only some elite cottage settlements have asphalt.

Snow cleaning is a winter problem. The administration does not help with this. Therefore, the tenants themselves are thrown off (not all) to clean the road. If there is a heavy snowfall, then you may not leave by car for a long time.

Lack of wired internet. Poorly or does not catch the connection far from the city. Another problem is that the lights are often turned off. And if the heating is from electricity? Moreover, constant voltage drops occur. Tell me, did you want to live outside the city?
