Recently, my friend and I went to the store to buy her a blender for the kitchen. She is forced to switch to proper nutrition due to the fact that she underwent surgery to remove the gallbladder. Now her food should be tender and soft until her body recovers.

In the kitchen appliances department, a consultant approached us and, upon learning that we were looking for a blender, began to offer an expensive model that had no other functions except a blender. Barely untied from him, we ourselves began to consider the things we liked.

And soon we saw a set of kitchen appliances, which consisted of a bowl with a chopper and an electric attachment for a blender, a whisk, and it also served to operate the chopper in the bowl.

I had almost the same set, served faithfully for many years. A friend knew about this and decided that she also needed a set with a blender that could, in fact, replace a food processor. But the advantage of such a set over a food processor is that it is very compact, it can stored on shelves or in drawers of kitchen cabinets separately and each part can also be used by her own.

The removable blender does not require complex maintenance of the appliance. It will provide years of trouble-free operation. After use, it is enough to wipe it with a towel, and the nozzle itself should be washed under a strong stream of water. It is made of high quality steel and is very smooth, does not collect dirt and small particles of food.

The whisk attachment is used for whipping batter, eggs, mixing, and I also use it to make mashed potatoes. We looked at the characteristics of the blender and saw that its power under load is 700 watts. This is quite enough for the goals that any housewife usually sets herself in the kitchen. Large power will also require a large consumption of electricity, so do not forget about saving.

The shredder has stainless steel blades. They are quite capable of chopping any vegetables, as well as preparing minced meat from fillets. Thanks to the transparent bowl, the entire grinding process takes place in front of the hostess.

Honestly, I have an electric meat grinder, but I do not take it out more often than once a year, when we buy a large mass of meat in bulk and need to make minced meat. The rest of the time I use this kind of chopper, and it makes a gentle, uniform mince that suits me.

Vegetable minced meat, moreover, turns out to be exactly the consistency that you plan. If you twist the vegetables for a short time, then there will be large pieces. And if the chopper works for a long time, then you can get, almost, puree from raw vegetables.

The handle is very comfortable and massive. That is, the vibration will not be felt too much. After all, many people do not like blenders precisely because of the vibration that occurs when pressing the button of the device.

Now about the disadvantages. The cord is short enough that the socket should be right in front of the appliance. And, as I said, vibration is still present, although not as strong as in other hand blenders.

A single-bladed whisk, of course, does not whip as well as a two-bladed one. If you need a thick foam, then he may not cope.

We made such a purchase and, returning home, immediately washed the set and decided to test it in action. We played vegetables - pumpkin, zucchini, some onions and potatoes. We added a little semolina and made steamed vegetable cutlets, which, in fact, belong to the food from the section of proper nutrition.

And the last thing to say. This set costs 1200 rubles, as there was a promotion for it that day. And this money will be spent wisely and will pay off with such a useful, compact and easy-to-use set.
