What a well, such a caisson! I am making a simple, concrete "house" for my 4-meter Abyssinian well.

To get water from a depth of 4 meters, I spent very little time and effort. With the arrangement of this source, I also did not want to mess around for a long time, so I acted simply, but reliably.

Friends, great hello to everyone! In the course of the construction of my house, I have to solve other issues related to further life in it. Water supply is one of the main ones.

I have already devoted many articles to this issue (if interested, you can see on my channel), and in short, the result is as follows:

• There is a water supply in my SNT, but it is far away, it will be very expensive to conduct ...
• I tried to drill a well myself, I got to more than 20 meters of water.

As a result, I made an Abyssinian well at 4 meters with a large and constant debit, but with dirty water.

There are ideas on how to make a budget cleaning system, so while I stopped at this option, we will experiment ...

Now you need to arrange everything.

The main task was to seal off some space around the well exit so that it could be accessed.

I didn't bury myself deeply, and decided to make a caisson to a depth of only half a meter.

• First, because deeper it will simply flood, the primer is high.
• And secondly, there is simply no need... And the issue of freezing will be solved with the help of insulation.

The design is simple and reliable.

Namely, a concrete box.

✔ I made a simple formwork for the inner wall, and the outside will be earth.

✔ I poured concrete without any reinforcement, here it will simply be superfluous. But still I added fiber for reinforcement, so calmer.

✔ After the walls had risen, I filled in the top cover.

✔ Here, for the formwork, I used an OSB sheet and an old bus.

✔ After pouring, we simply remove the rubber, and you can put a beautiful sewer hatch.

Thus, a simple and reliable design is obtained.

But it will become ideal after it is protected from frost.
