Work for the uneducated: is it possible to earn $ 50,000 without knowing how? rub. per month? All the truth

Provincial advertising is simply teeming with job advertisements with a salary of 50-70 thousand rubles a month. And the requirements for candidates are not high - even people without education and experience are invited. But do they really pay that kind of money? Our interlocutor Stanislav shared his experience in employment in places with high wages.

Briefly about your situation

In 2018, my family and I decided to move closer to the south. We looked at the town, found housing in it, asked the price, thought a little and, as they say, “moved to the south”. But moving and buying a house required a little more money than we had planned and therefore had to borrow $ 500,000. rubles. The money was given for a year.

I naively thought that I would earn them in a year, since there were a lot of job advertisements in the town with a salary of 45-65 thousand. rubles per month. And this is not only "work" in a taxi or a realtor, which advertising resources are inundated in every city, but also positions for people without education and experience at quite real objects - factories, factories, construction sites.

The first job - a worker at the ZhBK

The first announcement that intrigued me was calling workers to the local reinforced concrete plant. Working conditions: five-day working week, hours from 9:00 to 18:00, lunch in the canteen at the expense of the enterprise, delivery by the enterprise's transport, wages from 45 thousand rubles. But there were also reservations: such a salary is only for the fulfillment of the plan; money is deducted for defective products.

I went to get settled. He brought the documents, they were scanned and said that they would be formalized after passing the probationary period, which lasts 1 month. But even during the trial period, they promised to pay the full rate. The enterprise is old, seemingly serious, and I agreed to such conditions. I really think they won't be thrown here.

On the first working day, they brought me to the shop, assigned to the brigade, and showed me what to do. The tasks are not too tricky: to clean and lubricate the molds from the floor slabs, bring the reinforcement, carry out the instructions of the operator of the concrete mixer and the crane operator. But this work had to be done very quickly - the plan is on fire.

Briefly about work. After demolding the slab, it was necessary to beat off the adhered concrete from the mold within a few minutes, remove the remaining mortar with a metal brush or wash with acid, and then lubricate the mold with working off. Hellish labor. The whole tool, which is an ax welded to a pipe and an iron mop with an oiled rag, is very heavy. After dinner, my arms no longer bend. And the next day I thought that I would not get up from back pain. But, got up and went to work - nowhere to go.

Somehow I worked with muscle pain for a week. During this time, half of the team was replaced. Due to hard work, many did not go out the next day, and some of the workers held out for a week or two - until the first injury. Because of the extreme physical exertion, the backs here, as they say, "flew", the people could not stand it and quit.

I finished it up to the first advance payment - 8600 rubles were given out at the box office. But it was not this that surprised me anymore, but the number of people who came for the check. There were three times more of them than those employed at this enterprise. That is, they all came to work during the last month and, having worked for several days, quit their jobs, unable to withstand the terrible working conditions.

I somehow adapted to my duties and seemed to even cope with them. I was looking forward to my salary. But she did not make me happy - they gave me another 17 thousand. To the question, "Where is the rest?" As a result, I did not receive from the promised 20 thousand rubles.

I decided not to quit, to work for another month, because the brigade was more and less formed and there was a hope to make this damned plan. But it didn't turn out as we planned. In the second month, I received even less (only 21 thousand rubles), since the marriage limit was exceeded. It simply killed me morally.

One of the chiefs then honestly told me that it was unrealistic to earn what was promised here, since salary of 45 thousand was indicated for the "enticement" of handymen. Everyone who has been working for a long time, and these are specialists, receive 25-35 thousand a month and they are satisfied with it. Handymen are replaced by 50–80 people every month. The specifics are as follows. He also advised me to look for a normal job, where at least I would not be crippled after another back break.

Second job - a dismantler of buildings and a loader at a construction site

The second job with a "high" salary for the uneducated, which is 2,500 rubles per shift, was on the dismantling of buildings. The working day is irregular, there is no lunch, there is no official registration either. Job responsibilities are as follows: to dismantle the building in order to extract bricks. This brick had to be cleaned of mortar and put on pallets. Payment - one and a half rubles per brick.

To develop a plan and receive the promised salary, each member of the brigade had to dig in and clear over 1,600 bricks. But either the object was complex, or the requirements were unrealistic... in general, we could not work out more than half of the plan. As a result, payment from 1,000 to 1,200 rubles per shift, aching back, broken arms, chronic fatigue and complete disappointment.

The owner of this business offered me to work as a loader at a construction site. Payment for a shift (from 8:00 to 20:00) - 2000 rubles. The work consisted of unloading machines and lifting construction materials manually to the sites. Mainly in high-rise buildings, where elevators do not run yet. These are bags with cement, and building mixtures, and buckets of paint or putty, and other weights. I worked here only two shifts. He ended his career in this business after dragging a couple of tons of cement and building mixtures on his hump.

The third job is a handyman on recycling

Another my experience of "high-paying" work - a handyman on the processing of polymer recyclable materials into granules. Here, work in shifts on a daily basis, for lunch / rest only an hour during the day and an hour at night, the promised salary is from 45 thousand rubles a month. Work on a crusher, at one end of which one person throws old bags and various plastic waste, and the other at the exit packs it all into bales and folds it. The plan is to recycle and package 2.5 tons of recyclable materials.

The crusher is old and exhausted to the limit, constantly clogs up and can stop (wedge) twice an hour. It is unrealistic to make the required plan on it. But, besides this, the ecology at the enterprise is worse than at any chemical plant. Raw materials (bags) are mainly containers for fertilizers, cement, chemicals and food products. Just imagine how much dust is worth when a crusher grinds these bags. The entire hangar is filled with a cloud, from which it becomes difficult to breathe, corrodes the eyes, itching appears on the skin. Sometimes these are fish bags and then the room is filled with less poisonous, but more nauseous odors. In general, three shifts were enough for me ...

Bitter conclusion

At one time, out of stupidity, I dropped out of my studies as a programmer, although it was easy for me. Now my lifetime earnings ceiling is 30-35 thousand rubles. If you don't know how, then either hellish work or a very low salary awaits you. Plus, the social status is below the baseboard. More than half of employers look at handymen like cattle ...
